Stuart holds the CFP designation and Series 7 and 63 licenses and has been in the financial services industry since 1986.

His experience is broad, having worked with the sales and implementation of Corporate Employee Benefit & 401k Retirement Plans, as well as Personal Wealth Management, Retirement and Benefit Planning.

Stuart is married, lives in Monmouth County NJ, and has one adult daughter. He is a graduate of CBA in Lincroft NJ, and has a BS Degree in Business from Lehigh University,

Active in his community, Stuart served as an elected official in his hometown as Councilman for 12 years and was at times Borough Council President and chair of the Finance Committee.

He has held leadership positions in numerous organizations both socially and professionally, including the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, where he is involved with educating Legislators in Washington DC concerning issues that pertain to the Financial Services Industry.

Stuart was a founding Board member of the Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce Educational Foundation.

In addition to serving his clients, Stuart's passions are spending time with his family, sailboat racing and skiing.

William (Bill) Van Winkle, CLU®, CFP®, MSFS is a Certified Financial Planner, with his office since 1979 at 776 Shrewsbury Avenue, Tinton Falls, New Jersey. 

As founding members of The Nautilus Group, Bill and Stuart have access to a team of seasoned professionals who assist them in creating the best solutions to meet their client’s needs. 

Understanding the importance of education, he obtained his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1985, followed by his Masters in Financial Services in 1996. 

Active in the community, Bill has served on the Boards of the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey, the Monmouth Conservation Foundation, the Riverview Hospital Foundation and the Meridian Health Care Foundation as well as being a Past President of the Brookdale Community College Foundation, The Holland Society of New York and the Root Beer and Checker Club. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Rumson Fair Haven Bank and Trust Co. and the Finance Committee of the Parker Family Health Center. 

An avid sailor, Bill is Past Commodore of both the Shrewsbury Sailing & Yacht Club and the North Jersey Yacht Racing Association and holds a U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s license. He successfully completed five Newport, RI to Bermuda races as well as many varied other sailing experiences. 

A graduate of Lehigh University, Bill holds BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, conferred concurrently. 

Bill and his wife Beverly have three adult children and six grandchildren and have resided for over 50 years in Little Silver, New Jersey.
